FAQ'S

  • What is the minimum notice required to change the pick-up date for Grab & Go items?

    You must provide a minimum of 7 days notice to change your pick-up date and reschedule your Grab & Go items.

  • What happens if I cancel my Grab & Go order less than 7 days before the event date?

    If you cancel less than 7 days before your event date, you forfeit your deposit for the Grab & Go order.

  • How much notice is required to reschedule a custom installation?

    You must provide a minimum of 7 days notice to reschedule your installation to a new date, subject to availability.

  • Can I transfer my deposit if I reschedule my custom installation?

    Yes, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once if done a minimum of 7 days prior to the event and according to availability.

Policies & Procedures

Creative Moments by M disclaims any liability for balloons once they are no longer in our possession. We cannot assure the longevity of your balloons after they have been delivered or picked up.


Various environmental factors such as weather, children, pets, different surfaces, and temperature conditions—along with loose items in your vehicle, nails, and foliage—may impact the lifespan of our creations. We will, however, replace any items that we accidentally pop during transportation or installation.


**Event and Balloon Installation Policy** 

All payments made are non-refundable but can be transferred to an equally priced event within one year. Additional colors or design elements will incur extra charges. A change in location will also affect pricing, and the customer will receive an updated invoice reflecting these changes. Rescheduling the event date will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.


**Cancellation Policy** 

Clients are allowed two opportunities for rescheduling. After the second rescheduling, no funds will be applied to future dates. This policy is in place to ensure a seamless transition between weekly events. We appreciate your understanding.


**Rental Items** 

Rental items must be collected in pristine condition following the designated pickup time after the event. Any damage to these rentals will result in a replacement fee, which will be billed in a separate invoice.


**Insurance for Day of Event** 

For any businesses, venues, or event coordinators requiring proof of insurance, please note that an additional fee will be charged for the certificate.
